What is Smartfon?
Smartfon is quick client identification and evaluation of their reliability, agents’ work control and much more. The application, basing on the integration of a computer with a phone (CTI - Computer Telephony Integration), makes data exchange between telephone and computer networks possible (until not long ago these two were different structures). Thanks to such connection, in short period of time many pieces of information are exchanged, which significantly improves the quality of work and clients handling. Along with an appropriately configured PBX, Smartfon becomes a main part of a call center system and a base for activities of trade departments.
